These recycled wool throws are made using wool recovered from existing woollen garments (think jumpers, hats, etc.), giving the fibres a new lease of life instead of them going to waste. Small amounts of other fibres, such as those from labels, sewing threads and other garment components, can remain in the recycled material. These are not added separately during production but are present in the recycling process, meaning the finished throw cannot be classed as 100% recycled wool.
