Where is my order?

UK Orders: Orders are still being dispatched as quickly as possible and all our shipping couriers are still delivering. However, due to the unprecedented times of the COVID 19 pandemic many couriers services are slower than usual. 

Royal Mail have informed us that, despite their best efforts and significant investment in extra resource, some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than the usual service standards. This is due to the exceptionally high volumes of parcels, exacerbated by the coronavirus-related measures put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

International Orders: Postal/courier services are working hard to maintain services over borders and across the globe, however delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially at the borders.

Due to Brexit, there has been some changes on shipping to Europe. This has led to delays at Customs checkpoints in Europe. Thank you for your patience as we navigate through these unprecedented times.
