On our 32nd wedding anniversary 2020 we received a few cash gifts and decided to
buy this blanket as we wanted something that not only served its purpose well, but that looked and felt wonderful too. Something that would be a pleasure to take along on our outdoor outings, big enough for family and 3 chihuahuas and withstand the usual damp ground on a sunny day ( due to previous days of ☔️ rain!) be hard wearing enough to stay with us for years to come building our happy memories. It certainly fulfils all the above. We couldn’t be more pleased! It looks great, feels wonderful and keeps away any dampness from the ground underneath. It will be well used on all our outings and also make a wonderful blanket for younger family & friends in the garden. We also like the travel straps and handle that are not attached to the blanket. This way you can roll it up anyway you want and add the straps afterwards. The quality of the wool and weave is evident in its look and feel. The waterproof backing is strong and practical yet they still took the time to match the green of the main blanket. Our only regret is we didn’t buy it years ago! The 2 downsides are we are sure our family will be wanting to borrow it on their outings so we may have to buy another one 😊 and it was so comfy the first time we took it out we fell asleep 💤 on it. We can see this blanket in the background of our family photos for years to come - well used and loved, and being British wool it will stay looking good.
