Shipping & Delivery.
We like to keep the cost of shipping and delivery to a minimum. So our shipping costs are calculated by weight. Our web-store checkout adds up the weight of all the items in your basket to calculate the total weight. It then puts the total weight against a banded scale of postage cost. A small amount is also added to cover the packaging materials. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Orders placed after 12 midday Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Delivery times vary according to shipping method chosen. But are usually UK 1 to 7 working days. Europe 3 to 14 working days. Rest of World 5 to 28 working days. These times may vary during busy periods and holidays such as Christmas. UK Special Delivery Next Day is 1 working day only if ordered before 12 midday Monday to Friday and does not include Saturday delivery. Special Delivery to Channel Islands, Shetland & Orkney Islands and Inner & Outer Hebrides is up to 3 working days. Special Delivery Next Day service has a maximum weight of 10kg. Any order exceeding 10kg may be sent by an alternative courier service at our discretion. Shipping Charges.
